Thanks 10Mplayer, I guess we all get a bit lucky sometime and on this occasion she just wandered in to shot and there she stood?

Well done. I like the effect of focusing the light on the person in yellow. good job.
Thanks Plymouth34, I have seen some of his work, but generally Thomas Kinkade is not massive over here, which is a shame as I do like a lot of his work,

The first thing that came to mind was a Thomas Kinkade painting minus a few lights. This is a keeper.
Great scene Geoff, the lady in the yellow jacket is a nice touch.
Beautiful shot. Light is ethereal. The yellow jacket is the perfect foil for the overall subdued color palate. Great eye and reflexes.

Seriously moody. With the two lines at the join of pavement and buildings on the thirds AND the snaking gutter up the middle this has got everything. I can't tell whether this is morning, evening, or heavily overcast.
What a great looking image...very well done. Love the lighting.
Stunning shot Geoff - reminds me of the main street in Howarth,Yorkshire.
