I have had nothing but great experiences with Canon, Canon Refurbished, B&H, and Adorama. Never a complaint, never "slow", never try to "load you up" with accessories. Many years ago, when I worked for a great camera retailer (Inkley Photo), other sellers would sell each item that came in the box separately. That is, the battery, strap, eye cup, anything that was not firmly attached would be sold separately!

They, in my experience, are the classic "Bait and Switch" You call to order at their price, and they tell you it's out of stock, but have something "even better." or "that price is available but you must buy other accessories.."
My advice is to stick with a reputable CAMERA store, rather than one that sells the wide range on non-photography goods Abe's does.

Looking at new Canon 5d Mark IV. Abes of main

Any experience with them?
Canon told me they can do $3039.05
Best Buy $3199
They were great when they were actually in Maine. After the move, things changed, and not for the better. I suspect someone just bought the rights to the name and is now going for profit over service.

That's pretty funny that they actually have a url with the misspelled word, Maine
Reminds of when realtor.com first came into being and some enterprising small, private company in Florida created a url with the common mispronunciation: realAtor.com
Smart!
Linda - maybe they are on Main Street!

Best buy will price match some places couldn't hurt to ask
I ordered a refurbished Canon 70D directly from Canon's refurbished site. It has the exact warranty, and got here in 4 days! Only 2 weeks ago. But I also recommend B&H. Great company, never had any issues that they didn't immediately address. Just my 2 cents worth.
I purchased a used D700 from them in an easy, clear cut transaction. They even included an extra Nikon battery. No problems at all.
If it's too good to be true, it is. Stick with actual reputable dealers that don't have fishy sales - it'll only be a hassle or cost you down the road. Personally, I use Roberts Camera - been 100% happy with them (more than that B&H in fact).
Go for a reputable store. Your experience with Abe could be a painful one.

I purchased a refurbished Nikon from Roberts Camera I had a problem with it and they sent me a new one. I don’t know how they made any money on it as they paid shipping twice and they were more than 100 dollars cheaper than Nikon.
They never said a peep about it and just sent me a new one.
That is service.
