Downtown Photo vendor on eBay

I found a lens at a good price on eBay sold by a vendor called Downtown Photo. Has anyone had experience with this vendor and are they reputable.

They seem a little sketchy. 7 people gave negative reviews. Only slightly north of 2500 gave positive reviews.
What would worry me is the 10 neutrals.

Just check their volume and negative feedback. They have high volume and low negative feedback, several of which relate to shipping delays that may not be their fault.
I would have no issues buying from them.

Is it a new lens or a used one? If it's new, is Downtown an authorized dealer and is it grey market or US warranty?
