Just saw your ad for your 500mm f/4 Canon. Are you the first owner? Was the lens purchased Canon USA? Has the lens been serviced by Canon? How would you rate the lens in its condition? Could you please supply the manufacture date code? Thanks.

Hi Kretzschmar,
I believe I'm the second owner.
It's registered with CPS so, I assume it a USA lens.
If requested, I'll send it to CPS for cleaning, but I don't think it needs anything.
It looks new except for where the hood attaches to the body which I believe is typical of the type of hood/lens combo.
The date code is UN0703.
