After "observing" for some time I decided to get more involved with this great forum. I have learned much and am open to any and all suggestions for improvement. I live in a beautiful area with many opportunities for landscape photography, and that is what I concentrate on.
Welcome to the forum and you do live in a beautiful area! Nice first pic you posted as well. I am a beginner and have learned so much on this forum this past year. Don't be afraid to ask for advice!
Welcome to the forum. Thanks for sharing a photo.
I live over in Paulding County but shoot a lot further North at times. How did you fare with the recent snow ? From the looks of snowfall totals on the local channels, it appears we got the most snow.
WELCOME ABOARD HOPE YOU ENJOY AND LEARN AS MUCH AS I HAVE. IT'S A GREAT GROUP!!

Welcome! Where in North Ga. please? Live in Fayetteville but rent a home in Skylake near Helen on occasion. Have been driving to Clarkesville once a month when possible to attend a very good camera group. This is toward Lake Burton. Think you will learn a lot on this site and enjoy the folks as well. Sandy
I live in Big Canoe in Dawson county
Tell me more about the group in Clarkesville. I live in Big Canoe.
I've got a friend who lives in Jasper that hosts a lot of workshops all around the country...

Called Foothills Camera Group and meets at North Georgia Technical School. Google the group for info. They do not lack for good programs being at the school. We meet in their art building which is quite nice. Contact Danny Young and join and get access to facebook page. You will enjoy the photos posted. S
