Same here. Keys, a few bucks (at least enough for a good cup of coffee, and the pocket knife my granddad gave me when I was 12. I have a lot of pocket knives, but that is the one that is always on me.
As for a small camera. All I have is an old Nikon Coolpix.

An Olympus XZ-1 with an add-on EVF and soon an Olympus O-1A (my wife's Christmas present). The O-1A uses the cellphone, but only as the viewfinder / controls / memory.

I carry a Panasonic LF1 at all times. Raw, EVF, Wi-Fi, pocketable. Almost perfect (would like a hot shoe).
