Oh, there you are! (This was taking with an iPhone 7, but I thought it was cute so decided to share)
Yup, cats seem to be drawn to Christmas trees. Lovely looking feline there.

Under the tree seems to be her preferred "safe space"
There's nothing wrong with using a phone, especially when it's use it or loose it! That shot was too good to miss! Looks like it did well.
LOL... love it!! I guess she was snooping!
Do not forget the cat's present.
Great picture. Beautiful kitty.

Of course - but don't tell her!
Cute shot.
Once they start feeling safe under the tree, they will often return there.
If you leave their spot and the access to their spot untouched or uncluttered with additional presents, they'll often return to that same spot.
There are still a few weeks until Christmas morning, I'm sure you'll now keep your "Adult" camera handy to capture more purrrrrfect moments! By the way, they also love to explore the wrapping paper and ribbon chaos on Cristmas Morning, so don't accidentally step on "Kitty" when you get up to grab the next present from under your tree!

Just a note of warning, keep the catnip surprises in a cabinet until Christmas morning, or you'll find them opened and enjoyed long before Christmas. Been there, done that. One year our cat tore into the catnip mice a week before Christmas.
Put a note on your bathroom mirror as a reminder to move them when you get up that morning. Keep the note down low or sticking to the side, then on Christmas Eve move it to dead center of where your face normally is in your reflection.
