Well, I think "Drumph" is his last name before being Americanized, and it's pretty easy to come to the conclusion that he is a fool. I'm not calling him a fool. Time will tell. Whether "Drumpf-is-a-fool" is a childish screen name is open to debate, but it's not nearly as cut and dry as you would like to make it.
