Anything and everything. I always have a camera with me regardless of where I go because there is always an opportunity to photograph something. Then I go out on a dedicated shoot whether it's a museum, car show, wildlife, nature, the butterfly pavilion or whatever, I'm pursuing my hobby and having fun.

Wow, Michael ....

Those are SOME shots!!!!

From a Bison to a Dune Buggy ....

What a fantastic variation ...

Thanks for sharing!!!!

Oddly enough, my most-often single subject is probably Harley-Davidson motorcycles, although they are generally not my principal concerns when planning my travels. However, I love H-D bikes and I'll take pictures of them, parked or in motion, whenever I find them. (A few other makes do get included--British vertical twins most often--but the bulk of the photos are of Harleys.) I'm not trying for salon shots or magazine covers--just pictures of bikes (and sometimes their riders). Some examples: https://www.flickr.com/photos/8712554@N02/sets/72157631825365418/; https://www.flickr.com/photos/8712554@N02/sets/72157631830403121/; https://www.flickr.com/photos/8712554@N02/sets/72157631840918574/; https://www.flickr.com/photos/8712554@N02/sets/72157663416634954/ (all taken in 2005 on an 85-day auto trip).

One encounters Harleys in places that wouldn't necessarily occur to one--I was surprised to find there were 5 Harley-Davidson dealers in Paris, France--and 2 dedicated "chopper" shops. I was very surprised at the number of Harleys tootling through Stratford-upon-Avon in England when I toured there, and I found quite a few when I visited Spain in 2016.

Flowers would probably be next in line as most-often photographed items. Of course, the vast majority of my photos are "scenic" shots, but those are hard to characterize by subject.

Usually sunsets / sunrises, although I'd like to say swimsuit models.

Yeah, right .... wouldn't we all, Shoeless?

I get in a fair amount of sunsets, too ....

One of these days ... gonna specialize in swimsuit models on the beach at Sunrise (or Sunset .... whatever) ....

Whenever I see a bike worthy of a shoot, David ... I drop everything ... and go shoot ...

Doesn't matter to me whether it's a hog, or an Indian, or a BMW, or a BSA, or a Triumph, or a James ... or a Honda, a Yamaha, a Kawasaki, or a Suzuki ...

Mine would be the nature in the diversified forested area behind my house - the many stages of the 4 seasons as well as the wildlife - deer, gray squirrels, multiple varieties of birds and of course the cloud formations -

Since flowers were my #2 subject, here some examples of those (from Australia and New Zealand in 2017): https://www.flickr.com/photos/8712554@N02/sets/72157679495382823/. And a couple of ones from Europe in 2015:

I dont live on a farm I live in a really tiny farm community. I think it would be depressing to see homeless people every day. When I travel to the cities I see them and photograph them because I don't see them very often. But I was thinking it would get depressing to see them every day.

Easy...I only shoot them in the spring, summer and/or fall, but my favorite are airplanes - on the ground or in flight.

Nothing jumps up at the moment, but it used to be ring and cage sports. Loved it.

Thanks for the nice comments. I'm glad I handle both your favorite subjects. There are lots more of both scattered among my 41,000 pictures on Flickr--those just happened to be ones I'd gathered into "special" Albums. Many of those photos also appear within other Albums dedicated to the locations where they were taken (not all, though), but if there are a lot of them in a given trip/tour, I'll gather them up into a special Album. (I also do the same for "Fauna" sometimes.)

Flickr allows putting the same photo into multiple Albums, and an Album into multiple Collections, so it is possible to have photos behaving as exhibits for different reasons without needing to store them more than once.

Yeah, Clouds are a thing with me, too, Harvey ...

Don't get many grey squirrels .... a white one, occasionally ... but most, around here, are brown ....

How far north are you in California, Harvey?

It sure is, Waegwan ...

The secret is to stay away from those areas where they congregate ....

There are some areas (in the Big Apple, anyway) - they won't go near ....
