I was just messing around shooting some of the cars from my die cast model collection and for fun decided to try a magazine photo for a backdrop. This first attempt is pretty crude of course, but I was happy with the promise. I am doing it for fun and would never think of trying to make any money from it, but I might share a picture or two with friends. So am I violating any sacred trust by including a picture of a picture?

I think your OK with this, based on your explanation. I've played with other's photos from time to time. They were of public figures.
