I'm not a pro but from my understanding megapixels is not all that important, what kind of glass prime or l series one has on the body i think it is the key up and down the latter. correct me if i'm wrong.
Keep in mind, marketing uses megapixels to sell cameras. But in fact, photography is about the optics.

It doesn't include a camera body.
I presume it snaps onto a Phase One body which you've bought separately.
No, I do not need more megapixels in my work. With the D7000 and the D610 I have my hands full.
