Yep! That's how I decide to buy things I probably shouldn't buy. I do the research, look for a credit card with room, and click, "Buy."
Here's a great free program for making a chart like that. It can be challenging to get the right shapes and fit everything onto the page. I made one about putting things away. I would pick up an item and then go through the chart to decide where it should go. I've never used the chart for that purpose, but it was fun making it.
