If only people would realize the tremendous negative environmental impact that electric vehicles pose. Heavy metals and disposal of very nasty chemicals....a very real fire risk of Lithium cells....few charging stations and relatively long charging times along the highway....site pollution being created at the power plant that produce the power....relatively heavy (poor weight to energy ratio)....only go a limited distance on a charge....etc.
And there are those who still pursue this...

Hmmm.
We never use a $$$ public charger on our 16 Volt because gas is cheaper. But at home it is $1.30 for 53 miles.
How about this? Fill May 28. Refill July 6. 1349 miles. 6.2 gallons.
All the hype about electic or hybrid is disingenuous. They cause MORE pollution for the reasons you stated.
