Wildlife is my true passion. Anything and everything that catches my eye is a close second. I have been fortunate to have many spiritual encounters with different species and get a rush every time I get a decent shot (and even when I don't!)
These particular shots are from a once in a lifetime trip to AK and the Yukon. All critters are in their natural habitat!
Again, excuse my name plastered on a few images. Rookie mistake

Could you share the gear and settings you used for these captures?
That silhouete shot of the caribou is wonderful. Nice series.

Canon Rebel T3 / 250 lens.
I have to be honest about the fact that I shot these in AUTO (I know - shameful!!! lol).
I am new to experimenting with adjusting the settings this past year and still don't get it half the time!

Just keep on practicing. It eventually comes.
These are excellent. No shame in auto when you get results like this!
A beautiful collection of photos. Sounds like a magnificent trip.
Not much to say except well done!
Great series of images! Just wish we had some more variety of large mammals here. Keep up the good work.
