Looking for Adobe Photoshop CS6 software.

I'm glad you posted that link because I thought sales of the separate CS6 has stopped. Adobe certainly doesn't promote it.

To actually give you an answer instead of debating why? I am sure you can find plenty of DVD-ROM based Ps CS6 on
eBay, and probably CS5 & CS4. And likely CS6 on
Amazon as well. Just be sure it was never registered or that a previous owner unregistered it before selling the physical disc.
I bought my CS6 directly from Adobe just before they went Cloud mad. I am happy with that version of Photoshop and see no reason to upgrade for a hobbyist. A professional Graphic Artist might really need the newest features. But for me I don't need it or ego trip about having the latest or best -- I use software until it no longer serves my needs or I can't use it anymore for technical reasons. To show how much I care about newness, I still use MS-Office 2000.
If you have a legitimate, registered copy of CS6 installed, Adobe still updates ACR periodically with new camera model RAW decoders. You don't need CC.
Why not just convert NEF to TIF or JPG using Nikon's free ViewNX software, then put the that into Adobe?
Bozsik;
I checked the website "adobe-cs6.com" you have posted. It looks that its too good to be true. the price is very low. i have checked prices of other softwears as well and they are very low also. have you ever bought any softwear from this website? they dont provide any phone number but email. thanks.
It gets tiring to hear so many people gripe about the cost of CC. In an earlier era I don't ever recall hearing complaints about the cost of film and processing. CC cost about the same as 3 rolls of Kodacolor with processing. If you can't afford the ante stay away from the game.

Use a dng converter or just get the subscription. Buying CS6 is like getting a Saab - great car but good luck finding parts when it breaks. Adobe is still updating CS6 for now, but it will eventually stop.
If you are good at numbers, you will find the combo PS/LR $10/mo deal economical and you won't have the issue of upgrading a camera and not being able to open the raw files. There are over 1000 enhancements that have been added to PS since CS6 in 3 version upgrades. There is no logical reason to not buy the subscription and stay with CS6.
The logical reason is that if you quit paying, the software stops working. For most of us here with deep pockets who spend thousands on camera gear, it's no big deal.
My objection is that once this pay-forever rent it or lose it becomes an industry standard, the monthly costs for maintaining a computer with hundreds of apps will become financially draining. I have 217 programs running on my 7 year old desktop computer. Do the math. I have boycotted Adobe from here on based not on the up front cost, but the long term cost and the implications. It's a slippery slope and I will not lend support to it. There are many competitive options.

Not you again - anyway, boycott to your heart's content - I am thoroughly enjoying the new improved versions of LR and PS - and I use them almost daily.
I have yet to hear of a single individual anywhere - here or on other forums - who has upgraded to CC and has either cancelled their subscription or is considering it. The only people who continue to stubbornly resist upgrading are those who have not tried it - and cannot see the benefits. There are over 1000 improvements and enhancements that anyone stuck in the past are missing out on in PS alone. Whatever . . .
I'm not trying to be a jerk here, Gene. I'm simply offering an alternative opinion, with reasons, for NOT using CC. There is no doubt it's "better" than CS6, "1000 improvements" notwithstanding. My point here is not one of cost or product quality. My two objections are the inaccessibility of the program when you don't pay up, and the ugly trend for ALL software to become rental only and what that means for those of us who use many programs, often sparingly or infrequently. I have many programs that have not been updated in years, yet which function normally on my Windows 8.1 system. It's only outdated when it won't do the job you need to do. I don't get my jollies from experimenting with yet another way to skew the transform tool or find another sharpening function that is "better" than the others.
For the active hobbyist or pro, cost is not an issue. For the infrequent user, it's a different deal. I'm not saying don't rent CC. I'm saying, look at your choices and think about it first. When everyone on the forum extolls the virtues of CC, we are not being totally objective or helpful to those who are unaware of the pitfalls. I'm glad you enjoy CC. If the shoe fits ...
3.3 million are paying to be in the CC. I don't know how many are at the $10 rate or $50 rate.
I don't know how many million are sticking with CS6.
I wonder how many are buying Elements to avoid the CC. On the Black Friday weekend you could get Photoshop Elements for about $40.
I purchased Adobe CS6 when it first came out several years ago and have been using it successfully. My problems that I accidentally deleted it (too long to explain) and now can't figure how to
re-load the program back on my Mac. I of course still have the license code. I do not need any of the features that are now offered on CC.
Your help will be greatly appreciated...thanks
