Nice set of photos, second photo tells me a story, people have abandoned the place of worship but Gods promise is still there.
Thank you for your kind words, Camera Man. Much appreciated. I'm glad the Sept. church left you with a story.

Two old churches. The communities they are in have also been abandoned, or are at least very close to having a population of zero.
Both taken at different times with a Canon 6D. 24-105 f/4L Canon Lens.
Thanks for looking. C&C welcome.
These are great shots and very evocative of a time gone by.
Can you get inside these structures? Often, the interiors are often just as interesting as the exteriors. However, you need to bring some light and a tripod, as often the interiors of these abandoned structures is very dark.
Thanks for sharing this.
They are both very nice photoes. I like the second one the best with the rainbow. 📷📷📹

Great photos. Did you shoot HDR? I use the Canon 6D with the 24-105 L lens for my primary gear. I'm mainly interested in portrait and event photography. I recently did a gig with this gear using a Canon 430 EX flash and many shots were overexposed, was this a sync issue? I would appreciate your insights using this gear..Thanks
I really like the 1st one Erie. Did you do any post production??

Beautiful images and very well composed. Love the rainbow over the church in #2.
I bet the little cemetery could give you some good information on the church's history,
particularly a timeline.
