Yup - that was the icing on the wedding cake! Not to mention that while we were waiting, my husband-to-be had to keep running down to put quarters in the 15 minute parking meter so the meter maid didn't ticket our vehicle.

Thank you. I think I was about five years old then.

Painting with light, my son's old shed --- Sunday morning... It looks like it has no sides!!
Yup, that is another way to lightpaint.
One of my neighbors thinks that it's time for a change in behavior of some pet owners.
My sisters used to take some blooms similar to those, that were really fluted and stick them on their fingers...
They called them Lady Fingers. They would act like they were claws!! hahaha
Any ways that is an old shot... wonder what the camera type was?

I would say that is TIME FOR CHANGE...HAHAHA THAT'S SO FUNNY... NICE
Here's the story....this used to be a farm town, pop. 2400 when we moved here and today it is over 30K and has become a condo dump. Back in the day there were more cows than stop signs but that has changed. People from the city buy up land outside the town and the ink on the contract is not yet dried and No Trespassing signs are up. Had I known this would happen, when I retired I would have moved on down the line.
However my next series will be much more positive...
Here you see some nice woods and the old trail you see there we used to get out back and pick berries
Then along came a contractor ( we call them promoters) and devasted part of the woods, but will continue as there are 80 condos to be built there
If there is a positive side ''IF'' is that as they log, I collect as I wood heat. Payback I guess
Sure spoils nature!

Glad to hear your next series will be more positive, Jim...however, it does make me sad to see woodlands destroyed and replaced with inexpensive condos that will fall apart in a few
years...
