My XE-2 and company. 3 Asahi SMC Takumars, 1 Asahi Super Takumar, 1 Yashica Auto Yashinon and a Nikon Nikkor AI lens. Using a Fotasy M42-FX adapter for the screwmounts and am waiting for the adapter for my Nikkor to arrive. Now I need to get a couple of modern lenses with auto focus as walk around lenses and for quick captures. Looking at the XF18-55mm F/2.8-4 zoom and the XF27mm F/2 as my next acquistions.
It was a rainy day here near Cincinnati so I settled for a couple of pictures of the cigar I was smoking in my garage.
The adapted lens mounted was the Asahi SMC Takumar 50mm F/1.4
The 18-55 is a very good lens.
It's all I took to Europe a few years ago, and this summer will most likely repeat....well, I'll probably take the 14 as well. I also use a Nikon 85mm 1.8. Makes a nice combo. Now if only I could make the batteries last longer.

You will not be disappointed with 18-55 lens, it has amazing OIS (optical image stabilizer) that allows to me to shoot at 1/10 of a second hand hold. I can't believe it, and the images are sharp.
From the Photozone.de Verdict: "The Fujinon XF 18-55mm f/2.8-4 R LM OIS may be the hottest reason to enter the Fuji system."

Thanks! Reminds me I need a couple extra batteries.

Your pictures - and avatar - remind me of a recent visit to a cigar store - Sir Stogie's - in PA. I wanted to get some empty boxes. It was beautiful inside, with dimly lit rooms, TVs, and men smoking cigars. I thought the sign outside the door was odd. "This is a smoke-free working environment."
That's a funny sign! Can I assume that you enjoy cigars too then?
I have the 18 mm f2, 23 mm f2 and 35 mm f2 Fuji lenses and like them all. The 23 mm f2 is my absolute favorite however. It just seems to be the focal length for most of the landscapes I do. I will be putting the 18 mm f2 up for sale as it duplicates the focal length from another system. If you are interested in that lens PM me for details.
I have vintage Nikon, Pentax and a couple of other vintage lenses. I have not used the vintage lenses with my Fuji X-T2 yet although I have the adapters. So after reading your post I will get busy and see how it goes.
Thanks for the offer but I think the 23 f2 is the one I actually want instead of the 27.
