Need help... photo restoration

This is the only known photo of my Grandparents and the remaining 7 children. I would like to get reprints of this, but it really needs some restoration work.

I would really appreciate any help I can get in this area.

Do you have any editing software? If so a couple quick edits will fix this up right quick.

At first glance this a pretty easy fix but with with any magnification there are hundred if not thousands of specs in addition to the obvious across Grandma's face. 99% percent of this is fixable with the Picasa touchup brush which you can do yourself. with extra care you might fix the stuff on Grandma with picasa but a free download of faststone image viewer would make it easier.

I've tinkered with it, but not sure how it will turn out once you enlarge it.

Here is a version pre-sized for 11x14 printing at sufficient resolution for most print technologies.

Retouching in Photoshop CS 5.5
Enlargement in PhotoZoom Pro
Final Tweaks in Photoshop CS 5.5

Enjoy
Enjoy...
