RR, I'll be calling you next time these critters set up a bachelor bad (natural habitat?) in my attic.
It looked like a nice place to stay.
Pulled three of them out before the trap went empty for a week.
Not too sure just what is wanted for this thread but here are a few I picked out:

Welcome to Day 189 :) Today it's all about Natural Habitats.....
A lot of drive bys here. Our travels have taken us through some of natures beautiful natural habitats. Seems nature prefers to share our habitat.
"I got breakfast for the kits, and I'm taking the easy way home"
"I ain't walkin in them woods. I know what bears do there."
"You people drive way too fast out here."

Well this should be an easy one.
The buzzards I had to turn around and get the shot, they were just off the road, I guess waiting for the next road kill.
The Pelicans fly over this area every year, I know it not sharp, hand held 300mm, download it and you can see them better.
Very nice woodsliv... Our cat always wants to sit between me and the keyboard too.....thankfully not ON the keyboard....
Well luckily my wife play her cards with the mouse. the cat sometimes wants to get the curser

Some like it hot and some like it cool. I like em where ever they are. Just wish my back yard was closer to more of them.
"I prefer it to be hot and dry."
"I prefer cool and green."
"I don't care. Just let me be there."

Can anyone tell me why I no longer get the link for the current day? The last one I got was for the 4th. So far as I know I haven't changed anything.
Lodquey, the deer in the woods is perfect!
Redpurna, that is the best photo of a koala I have seen and the only one with a baby!
that happened to me last one I received was June 1st, when I questioned it I was told by admin I had sent it to spam, which I didn't because I checked everything that went in there, I was told I had to wait a month before I could have it sent to me again, just now back on the reinstated list. you may want to check with admin and see if that is what happened to yours for some reason, I had to go in through an old one that I had saved in a file

I'm guessing those are free range chickens. Very colorful and nice pose.

Put UHH home page in your favorites. When all else fails go there and do a search on the "day #". If I'm too early some times that days link doesn't show so I go to the previous day and try to find Photgirls posted link to the next day. It's usually with in the last 4 or 5 pages of the daily posts.
Just came home to let the dog out and peek at the new photos! So many, so beautiful, humorous and interesting. Do love this thread. Great job to you all!
I have posted this picture before but since there was pictures of nature doing natures business I had to post this again. Love everyone's pictures though a lot of very great and creative shots!
I added a few extras too!

Welcome to Day 189 :) Today it's all about Natural Habitats. A subject that I thought would be much more simple that it actually was. I tried not to go to the zoo .. so as a result I didn't find too much around here. Here are a few examples to get us started .. I look forward to seeing what y'all come up with.
Nice picture, good color.
