Welcome to the UHH! I live on the Central Coast of CA and enjoy a black sky when the clouds and moon don't interfere. Your Milky Way image encourages me to stay up a few hours late soon and take a shot at it myself.

Hi cambriaman, definitely give it a go! I still can't believe how excited I was when I got to see the Milky Way on my little screen. I have visions of taking my calendar and blocking out days right around the new moons so I can plan on doing more astrophotography. Please share your pics! Thank you for the warm welcome!
