While investigating my Japanese Magnolia to see if it held any photo ops, I was delighted to discover this tiny little dragon. He was completely unflustered by my presence.
Uncropped. Shot w/100mm lens. I was totally in his face. He didn't care.

I think he was smiling for the camera.

Another uncropped. How do you stop shooting when they are letting you so close and being so still?

What a little sweetie to let you get in his face!! Fantastic shots and details, Sherry... and love his smile!!
Nice shooting Sherry, Enjoyed them!!!!!
I've noticed that Blue Dashers usually allow a closer approach than other dragons. What beautiful shots of your little buddy, Sherry. This one seems to be very pleased to pose. I think I detect a grin in the last shot.
How cute! Good shots, Sherry!

Thanks for the wow, Greg! I do have a lot of shots - with very few poses since he so rarely moved.
