I cannot comment on every post or I will have to sit on the computer or on my phone every minute of the day but I like all the pictures I love old cars. Now days cars just aren't built to last. In the auto world they are called Rubbermaid disposable cars!

Great job everyone

As I'm looking at these couple of pages and thinking about posting mine, I'm struck at how many times we all have read the line.... " I just LOVE _____ " -- old cars, fireworks, birds, barns, clouds, statues, buildings old and new, dogs, cats, rusty things, shiney things, odd things, colorful things, parks, lakes and the list goes on.... and I too have a love of many of these BUT I really think that as photographers we ALL just LOVE things that, make us smile, and that give us joy that we want to share with others, and that reinforce the image that love is constant and forgiving. Sorry.... did not mean to get carried away.. its just that I LOVE photography!!!

I found out you Canadians have a love of old vehicle preservation when we spent a night in Pinticton, BC. There was a huge gathering of show cars. I really liked those with the matching trailers.

This is not fair I used my cool car pictures for the rust and corrosion challenge! Ilove the old military vehicles. Of course I am a veteran LOL

Here are a few anyway.

Great shots jf.... we are a "truck" family too... no off road tho' - Hubby drives a hot rod Dodge Dakota Sport with big engine - loud noise and low mileage.. I drive the Suburban - an oldie but a goodie, get the best gas mileage of anyone and daughter drives a 92 Chevy Stepside... love your dad's truck shot....
