I spent a few days in Provincetown with painters taking a course. These are some of my shots. It's amazing what people can do with a little paint and a brush.

I used to dabble in painting and charcoal pencil drawing a little, and am enjoying these posts!!
You need to get an angle like this. (One of mine).

Nice post.
It looks like someone used the teachers back for their painting in the last picture....or maybe she accidentally leaned against someone's painting.

I've always admired the painters patience and ability to put on medium what is seen with the eye. I am a great fan of the "Painter of Light" Thomas Kinkade and have some of his works gracing the walls of my home. They are similar to photographers capturing on a sensor what they see. Two art forms working side by side to present views of this amazing world we live in. Great shots Jerry.

Yeah, she's been using that jacket for years. Lots of paint. She should have weighed it when it was new.
EDIT: Ah, you mean the last one. She was a student, and in another course, they had to paint an item of clothing. The teacher is wearing a black jacket with lots of paint on it.

There wasn't actually a prize, but he's pulling a very large DeWalt tool carrier. He's very big into technology - running his own large technology company. He took pictures of everyone with his drone (pictures to follow).
A good and interesting set Jerry.
Interesting and entertaining, Jerry. Nice set.
