If so, does it include a power-pack, stands, umbrellas, backgrounds?

Yes, but it depends on how much studio/off-site lighting you do.
You can get a decent lens for a full setup. :)
Maybe try a on camera flash with a Rouge Flashbender if you don't need it that much?

I do it a couple ways.
For the studio and bigger location jobs, I have 5 Bowens monolights and have several softboxes & umbrellas, etc.
Smaller things I use speedlights with radio remotes- again with softboxes, grids, etc.
The speedlight adapters I use have Bowens mounts so I can use the accessories interchangeably.

Yes. I have 6 mono lights along with mounting and light control gear. I also have 6 Nikon flash units.

Yep. In studio, usually a 1200 WS power-pack, stand, softbox.

Anyone using anything bigger?

Film days, 4800 w/s Speedotron.
Now I rarely go more than 1/2 power with the Bowens 750.

Why don't you try posting something other than inane questions?

Nothing inane about this one, Mangles ...
And, your characterization is hardly accurate ....
This would imply I've made some 42 ridiculous posts ...
Judging from the overwhelming quantity of answers I've received ....
Not many others here would agree with your characterization ....

Yes, for studio work, Paul C Buff Monolights. Still have my Speedotron 4800 ws system as well, but it just gathers dust. The big power pack is a pain, and wires running all over the floor are a trip hazard. For locations (weddings, parks, etc.) I'm currently speedlights, 9 total, in banks inside softboxes. Normally 2-3 in a box at a time to overpower the sun rather than rely on high speed sync. I'm currently looking at just getting a couple of Vagabond mini's to power the monolights, but am also considering going with an all in one like a Profoto B-1 so I can use modeling lights, which is a HUGE plus.
This is why I always use a Sherpa (aka, assistant) I have way too much stuff to haul around by myself.
