We recently got that same hummie feeder - -
Several hummies in the back yard - - they won't go near the feeder you show
They buzz right past it to the other hanging glass bottle feeder <sigh>

Yellow Jacket won then, but Hummy keeps coming back. as to the feeder, do not use store bought red colored water, make your own. One cup sugar in a quart container. Also you can by tips for the undercover to keep squirrels out from drinking the water.
