This is a very good shot. I think it is one of the best I've seen. Don't think I could be talked into going up in it. I wonder if you can take photos from it? I doubt if you can get a clear view down.

I spent about an hour walking around looking for a pov I liked and this fit the bill.
Most fotos are from the other side of the river and don't include Big Ben at the bottom.

The Eye has become as iconic as Big Ben and you got both of them - great shot!

Nice point of view. You can get decent pictures from the Eye itself. I took the ride, but wished it had been less hazy.

I am scared of heights but went up in, The Eye, with no problems at all. Excellent photographs can be taken from there with no problems at all. The wheel moves so slowly and so smooth it is hard to believe you are even up in it unless you look down. I was so into taking photographs of the London area that on one short moment I happened to look down through a closed glass floor panel. For a split second I was scared but then common sense took over and I was just fine. It is a spectacular ride offering many photographic opportunities.

It's a very nice, slow ride inside an enclosed capsule. You can take pictures, but not straight down.
