I am about to embark on a cruise from Stockholm to Denmark via St Petersburg among other stops on a cruise.
I am planning to travel with a Canon 5D mark iv and three lenses (70-200, 45 tilt, 17-40). Likely, I will do some streeet photography and some interior photography. Any advice would be welcome. Thank you.

I have been on a similar cruise in the Baltic. Your choices of lenses are likely the best. With the street shots, you will get good use with the T&S lens. For long views from the ship, the longer zoom will be good. And for wide views, either from the ship (of expanse of shore) the wide angle zoom will be useful. I think you have three good choices. You will not likely carry the long zoom ashore if you are in town, or at specific palaces. That will make it a lighter load especially when you are walking. You will love the sights, and I hope you have a great time. (If you go through the Norwegian fjords, you will have fantastic views, for both the wide angle and the long zoom lenses.). JR

Sounds like a good choice of lenses. Only thing I might add is something fast if you intend to take interiors of churches, chapels, etc. in low light. Maybe something like a 28 F1.8 or 35 f2 (and then there are the wide angle fast "Ls"). The 35 f2 IS at ~$500 is one of Canon's sharpest lenses at a reasonable price.

I would take a circular polarizing filter.
For three lenses, use stepping rings.

Thank you for all your inputs. I always travel with filters and a travel tripod so that is not an issue. However, in light of Jim's response I am considering taking my 100-400 with a 1.4TC. Too heavy to carry around but would it be useful to shoot from the ship. I thought not because of the ship's vibration.

As for posting my images, I have not found the place to post on this site. Can I do it via Lightroom?

You'll have a blast. We enjoyed all the ports, most of which were mainly outside shooting, so wide angle and in some cases telephoto lenses will both be useful. St Petersburg is quite the place to see and photograph. The challenge is that outside, you'll want everything from wide angles for the beautiful buildings and landscapes, tomtelephotos for rather interesting candid shots across the river; but then there are the museums and palace interiors that can't be missed and are just as photogenic - if not more so - as the exteriors, although you will often be limited to available light. They are mostly well lit, but a fast lens will help a lot then.

I did a Baltic cruise in 2008 that left from England and did 7 port calls in the North and Baltic Seas. At the time, my camera was a Nikon D50 with their 18-200mm VR zoom lens mounted. That combination worked very well for me. My photos are at https://www.flickr.com/photos/8712554@N02/collections/72157606977706995/. You may get some ideas of things to see/shoot from those.

I'm a relative newbie, myself, and perhaps someone with more experience will comment. However, as I see it, it is necessary to add each individual photo to a thread--I don't know of a way to add all photos in an album, e.g. For general photo posting it is probably advisable to create a thread in the "Photo Gallery" section. I know that photos can be uploaded directly from a computer file or with a web URL (Flickr® "Share" links do work), but I don't think there is a direct "Publish" option to UHH from Lightroom®

I don't know of any plugin. The best I have come across is to create a new topic, then you can add several images to the post. Pay attention to what they say about pressing Preview, or you could lose all your text :(

Alternatively, post a link to an online album. LR has plugins for Flickr, 500px, maybe others?
