Odd. How would gun ownership go down? People giving their guns away?
I guess people turning guns in to be destroyed.
That gadget would go against my grain. I was taught to shoot by folks that believed accuracy counted, not volume. One of them was a WW1 sniper who firmly believed that a box of 20 cartridges should equal at least 20 hits on target. The other was my dad who believed that ammo cost hard earned cash and wasn't meant to be wasted. Both men were excellent marksmen and I learned well from them. I believe in aim and hit, not pray and spray. That stuff is for supression fire in infantry maneuvers not sport shooting.

Thinking bump stocks are better, but toys are toys.
