You know, I so agree with your comment. Perfect, Playboy type models don't do much for me, although I appreciate their beauty on an aesthetic level. But a real, everyday woman with real life flaws is far more compelling to me.

To each is own. I don't mind being titillated by the unattainable. I like to imagine, to dream, to wonder...

That's laughable. Ha! Ha!
The only thing stretched here is your misinformed belief that you understand my meaning. When you say "the definition", do you think there is only one definition?
(Yes, your behavior qualifies as stalking.)

Less than 8 hours. All of those shots were taken on a cruise vacation well over a year ago. And you are stretching the definition of stalking. I didn't go looking for her. She just happened to come within zoom lens range on two separate occasions

I don't understand why you posted these images. They are not remarkable in any way except that you took them on the sly.
But, that's just me.

And neither was the meal I had yesterday at the local diner. But I left The table with a full belly

Is that a man in a blue speedo? No offense, I don't see a top or teats.

Were they remarkable? No. Were they a little different than the usual posed shots in this section? Yes. The bottom line is if you, as a photographer, find this genre sleazy or offensive, you are free to take pictures of trees, buildings, or insects as you see fit. As to being photographed on the sly, once you enter a public space, there is a chance it might happen. Want to avoid the risk entirely, just watch the AMC series "Better Call Saul" and take a few tips from the character Chuck Mc Gill.

This is a remarkable photo

I know it's a rag publication, but perhaps it's useful to hear what some of you "on the sly" subjects think of you. Yes, no expectation of privacy, but I think a photographer has a responsibility to do the decent thing. How hard is it to ask permission after the shot? You didn't because you knew she would say no and that would spoil your fun. Anyway, for your reading pleasure: http://www.insideedition.com/investigative/10550-are-you-being-secretly-recorded-on-the-beach

That's it in a nutshell, legal but creepy.

Now we see why the Nikon P900 with its 2000 mm zoom is still going for full retail price 2 years after its release.

Yes, and you have probably bought one. I wonder how many secret photos you have taken without women knowing that you were spying on them. There is such a thing as "to look away" as decent men would do.

Haven't bought one yet. My Canon SX50 with "only" 1200mm at the long end took those shots. For whatever its worth, she was on a public beach wearing a skimpy bikini. Many will peak, some will stare, and a few, like myself, will snap the shutter. As to how many photos of that type I took; Perhaps 15 or 20 in the 7 years I have been active in photography. Here are some of my more usual subjects

Thanks for responding and showing your usual type of photos. We will leave it at that and wouldn't judge you. I am sure that we all do things without first thinking. Have a good day.

Do you ever post anything positive? Your side remark is uncalled for, in my opinion.

When I see an image is unique, well-done, creative, or "remarkable" in any way, I will often post a positive comment. That can be verified in my posts.
Too often, "unremarkable", mundane, snapshots are given false praise; as an act of kindness, or some other misguided attempt to be nice---in my opinion.
