Yes, at the edge of it. The nearest town of any size is Washtucna. Palouse, WA (Whitman Country) is about 15 miles north of Pullman. Washtucna (Adams County) is about an hour and a quarter west on Hwy 26. Palouse Falls is a few miles outside Washtucna. When you say "Palouse, WA" you are calling out the town, not a general area.
I know, picky, picky, picky. But I grew up in Pullman and return a number of times each year. I will say, that is a great photo of Palouse Falls.
