We have stayed at Bandon several times but by sunset the evening fog had rolled in off the ocean and made photography a non-player. This evening everything stayed clear and I walked down to the beach and joined several other photographers who were setting up their tripods at the edge of the water and totally ignoring the beautiful light reflecting off the wet sand behind them. Since I arrived later than they did, I was more aware of the reflection and chose to include it in my photograph. The seagull posing in the foreground even made it better! Hope you enjoy it.
Very striking and unusual. Good job.
one of my favorite beaches also. Good job! I agree, sometimes the sand reflections are actually more striking than the sky!

Shaun, Outstanding beautiful colorful sunset image. Great how you had the seagull pose for you.
Outstanding. I wish you had left in you exif so that we could exam your settings.
Very nice image! We will be visiting there soon. Any tips on shooting around there?
