Nice architectural shots, Jim. I've always wondered what that city looks like since I read "The Wife of Bath" in Chaucer's "Canterbury Tales."

Love the architecture Jim. So much more to look at and photograph than plain old high rise buildings..

This is an excellent series, Jim! Well done! However, I recognize what appears to be a church in this set. It is not a church at all but a communications center for an alien life form that has settled in the area. The giveaway is not the antenna, but rather what is being transmitted. If you supersize the download, you can see what I am talking about by looking between the two chimneys on the left. The lower object near the chimney may look like an out of focus bird, but it is a drone. A little higher up you will see a white, round object. That is what I am talking about. : )

Perhaps I have been in the heat a little too long?

Great Pictures. Plan to visit Bath next year - as well as Sandy Lane about 30 miles east.

Jim,

Great photos. I love the old European architecture.

I was in Rome in 2015 and in Barcelona many many years ago. I need to see France and Germany before.............
