Declaration of Independence "out line" for the Constitution? Where did you get that idea? The Declaration claims all men are created equal, yet slavery was legal for 90 years after the declaration was signed.

I have studied history and I know slavery lasted for 90 years after the declaration claimed all men are created equal.you can insult people but it is you that cannot show the fact that prove me wrong.

Isn't it the responsibility of the FBI and local law enforcement to defend the laws of our country? It appears what you are proposing is vigilantism which, in itself, is a threat to a free society. You tout your knowledge of laws and their basis but you propose to suppress the rights of other citizens who are exercising their right of free speech (which by the way is not a "God given" right but one that was granted by men of integrity that were very likely influenced by the religious beliefs). Proposing the suppression of the rights of others is a form of suppression common to dictatorships.

Free speech is God given. Predates all nations ever founded. The first amendment protects that God given right from intrusion by the government.
