Well done. Your number 6 photo is one I like the best with the twisting rood and the light falling on the crops and the undulating hills.

A "headsup" for Linda from Maine. Make your reservations early. Two years ago we stayed at a Best Western in Colfax and it was completely booked. Lots of photographers, many from Japan, were there and also lining the road to summit of Steptoe Butte at sunset time. Lots of haze that time so photos were not as sharp as I like. Loved the Palouse in spring and previously had only been there in fall when the fields are gol den.

I love number 6 and if you don't mind me saying there is a wonderful image when cropped to about 100% with just the green crops and the hills in the back.

I have been saying the same thing about power lines, telephone poles etc. for a few decades now and have added wind turbines to my list! BTW I live on the side of a hill facing the Pacific Ocean (160 degree view), 2 blocks from the water and have a perfect view of a power pole with telephone, electric company and cable company cables all passing in front of me 100 feet away at eye level!

An excellent group of images Dennis. I enjoyed the download of each one. In image #8 I especially like the soft colors and contours of the land.
