48 or 49 Hudson as noted above, and I think the model is Hornet.

I had a 53 Hornet, so this is probably a 49, but no way to tell if it's a Hornet.
With that lower grille bar extending out in front of the fender, I believe it is a 1954 Hudson Super Jet Club Sedan. Just my two bits.
Definitely not a Hudson Super Jet....those were compact models that came along later, not even remotely related to this model. This body style started about 1948 or 49 and lasted until 51 or 52, then the next body style came along, which was really only a cosmetic change.
