B&H-stay alert when placing an order.

Received my RX10 iii camera today as promised. One the offers on the web site was a free accessory kit that included a holster and SD card. Evidently I overlooked clicking on this option and now I will have to go into town and purchase an SD card before I can try out my new camera. This was my first purchase from B&H. Next ime I'll check my order more closely before hitting the place order button.

I would call them and explain the situation. My sense is that they will help you out.

B& H will make good on your situation. If you don't get immediate satisfaction you can go up the ladder or offer to return and buy from Adorama. You have a return policy of 30 days. Customer is always correct.

I believe there is a high level of liklihood that they will honor the terms of that offer. They have done similar things before - which is one of the reasons why UHH members hold B&H in such high esteem. Sendai5355, are you aware that UHH has a special contact at B&H? It does, UHH member "Hershel" is a senior member of the B&H staff whom you can contact via a UHH PM (private message) if normal Customer Service efforts don't succeed. /Ralph

They may honor the sale - but that does not make you correct !

YOU are a very silly person, have you not heard about there EXCELLENT customer service. All you need to do is call their excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE and explain what happened, they will then send you the free accessory kit. Silly you. CALL THEM.

Sooooo, what you're saying is. "Be alert only when shopping At B&H, cuz YOU DIDN'T pay attention to the listing, when YOU bought at B&H. Nasty B&H,,,eh?
