Looks most like a Squash (Cucurbita) of some sort to me (too). Possibly Spaghetti Squash. Do note "Squash" have two different separate types of flowers on the same plant, both Male and Female. Most flowering plants have Complete Flowers, with both male and female parts together. And then there are the rare plants where you have Male and Female individuals. Plant "sex" differs from animal "sex".
This will be interesting to watch, thats for sure.
