One of those Sony cameras. They seem to wok with your lenses and from what I hear in this forum would be a significant upgrade from what you currently have.

Since mid-Feb I take about 1000 baseball photos per week with my D500. Daylight pics with my 70-300(4.5) lens; then 70-200(2.8) after sundown.
I'm pleased with that camera, even though I don't claim to be an expert. Samples here:
