I took this on the fly and love the expression. I would like to make it a canvas for my hubby. Please look at it an see if it is good enough. We tried to get the drool off his face and not sure if it is now worthy. I need a class for editing but for now I will take any ideas for this. Thank you so much.
Priceless! Go for it!
Sometimes expressions or events are more important than editing.
The only thing I would still change: the little white spot on the lower edge of his right eye.
I'm sure it's not an expression you'll get easily again with camera in hand!
Do not worry what others think. If you like it print it! The expression is the best!
Ok one other question. My daughter said he is a baby leave the drool. What do you think of that. I am going to post for you to see two others that came from that same group. Give me a few.
You might want to try adjusting the contrast a bit. I think that it's a bit soft (focus wise).
I would open up the shadows a little, if you haven't already done so.

This is a priceless image that will become more precious with every passing year. I agree with the suggestion to remove the small white spot on the lower eyelid. Well done!

lindann...these are fantastic!! If you like, love and are satisfied with the photos then go for it. You could certainly take the advice given to you here, by these knowledgeable photographers, because they seem straightforward and simple. But that's your decision. I love how you were able to capture such various expressions from him, not an easy feat. I have to say, I think the first one is my favorite. Great work!!
Good luck in whatever you decide.

I prefer the expression on the last one. Crop out that distracting vase on the right. Print it. (just my opinion of course)
Number 1 or number 4. Number 4 would need some cropping.
You guys are so helpful. Thank you all. I could never capture this again. This will be maybe my all time favorite for this little guy.
I thought about the eye thing too.
