I can't grow flowers on the patio just die when I am not here, so I plant silk flowers all over the patio gives it nice colour and they ususally last around 2 years, did that with my house also, people would take a double take sometimes gotta do what ya gotta do for some plant life

Haha - I have a calendar at camp - one of the miners brought it during deer season. It is a calendar of "Strip" miners. It is hilarious. They are shots of these guys wearing hardhats and dressed in feathers, garters - you get the idea - right out of the mine with black faces, hands and necks. Not as attrative as the statue of the miner in your picture, trust me on that one. :oops:

Have you tried a custom white balance when you can't use flash? I just learned how to set a custom white balance on my camera. I need to buy an 18% Grey Sheet to use as the base. Have you ever done anything like that? My first attempts have been surprising, generally good. Read about it on UHH - one of the forums or questions.
