Nice shot.
It looks as though you have dust on the lens / sensor. (blue sky, right of centre).

Very nice photo Hoosier. However, as a farmer, I think it is more likely baled straw after wheat harvest. That's all good; nothing as bright gold as wheat stubble.

Lovely picture with many memories evoked. However the title is wrong--it should be freshly baled straw. (As Hoosier pointed out)
Freshly cut hay is a whole nother world as there is no smell anywhere to compare with that. I really liked the picture anyway regardless of the incorrect title.

Greg, this rolled (bailed) hay. Farmer feeds to his large dairy herd. We buy a little for our horses.
