Looks kind light-polluted to me by all the lights on the lower right side of the frame.
My favorite story about getting away from light pollution involves the Hale-Bop comet. It was the winter of ????. I was with 3 friends on a Ski Trip in Mammoth Lakes Ca, on a moonless night, and we decided to go see the comet. So late at night, we drove out of Mammoth, south on 395, and turned west on a gravel road south of the airport. We drove until there were no visible human lights. It was really dark, the only light was starlight. And it was a frigid cold winter night. The air was crystal clear and we were at something around 8000' elevation. When we got out of the car, and our eyes adjusted, OMG! That comet's tail covered the entire horizon!! It was stunning. We were all speechless. At that moment, I understood what a comet in the night sky, looked like to our ancestors.
We didn't stay out of the car very long as it was really COLD. LOL. But I will always remember that view.

I remember going out about 30 milles out to see that commet and after an hour or so coming back home to look up from my balcony and seeing it not as glowing but yet enough to see

At that time I wasn't back in photography heck I didn't even add a cell
