Bought a used battery grip for my 7d from KEH monday. It was delivered today' KEH condition was listed as 8+. It is in perfect condition. Can't tell the difference between this one and a brand new one. It works perfectly as well. Congrats KEH. BTW it was 1/3 the price of a new one.
Yep, KEH is one of the good ones

I too have noticed that KEH tends to underrate their equipment, as do a small number of the more reliable stores. It gives the customer a good deal and brings in a lot of repeat business and referrals.

Congratulations on your new grip.

Yes! I ordered another lens from them yesterday, and it will be here tomorrow. One lens I bought, and old Nikon 80-200mm f/2.8, had never been sold before.
Every item I've purchased from KEH has exceeded my expectations, and most have been listed as "bargain". One of these days, I'll try one of their "ugly" items - might well be good enough for me.
Never had a problem with KEH. Congratulations on your new purchase.

Let us know how ugly "ugly" is. (With photos)
Been tempted a few times.
My last purchase was a "Good" Fuji 14mm.
Looked new.
A KEH representative was at the local camera shop last week looking to purchase camera equipment. I took a Canon AE-1 with a couple of lenses. Decided to keep them but I did sell him a couple EOS lenses.
I too recently purchased a used Fuji 18 mm lens from KEH. Looks like new, works as it should. And quite a significant savings from buying new.
I recently bought an "ugly" lens from KEH. They said the focus was stiff. It was a 35mm Mamiya 645 lens to use on a RhinoCam for stitched landscapes, $30 - up to as much as $350 on ebay. Arrived looking like new and I've got a several lens I wish were as stiff as that one. I was expecting to use a pipe wrench to focus, but noooo - my poor lil' ol' grubby hands do just fine. Them KEH people are picky, picky, picky.
