Shetland - 3 seasons are available from Netflix. The series was shot in Northern Scotland and Shetland
and if you have spent any time in that location this show will bring back memories.
It is low key and has an interesting soundtrack. Some of the stories have a large cast
which can be tricky to follow. I found it helpful to have the subtitles on as some of
the Scottish accents can be a bit thick. Very good program.

Yep, saw all three seasons, loved it and I think they are planning to do more. The Island scenery is beautiful if you like sparse but nonetheless its interesting and colorful, some great shots of Glasgow also. BTW, check out the Netflix Series, 'Tales by Light'.....great photo shoots and how they do it.

Yes, Scenery was beautiful. But a Wikipedia article on the series notes that much of the landscape was photographed in Scotland. what was don in Shetlands was Lerwick and the closely surrounding area.
