Why ????
What you see is what there is... Why don't you take a picture and take away the water d?
I think what the OP is referring to are the utility wires running top left to lower right.
photoshop cs5 has content aware. select the wire with the marquis tool..hit shift+backspace and choose content aware.

I did manage to clone the wires out but my results were poor.
Maybe mine are not much better? Just don't zoom to much in on it
Very nice job on this photo. I watched them build this bridge - for what seemed like an eternity - and they did a great job, just as you did with your shot.
Iwas going to mention Content Aware as well, but in PSE9. Seeing as its already been mentioned though I won't!!

GREAT EDITS will have hard time choosing which one to keep. Thanks for all the help and positive comments. Good to hear from a York Pa. resident Wrongway 1947
Try "Snapheal". Mine is for mac, but I believe a version is available for the pc. Easy to use and has other nice features. Saves me a lot of time from delving into PS CS5.
The wires are part of the bridge and as long as they don't detract (which they don't), leave them there.
I would remove the wires. I'm not a purest. :) Great editing RaydancePhoto!
Can this plugin be used in Photoshop Elements?
