A great trip to Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge outside of Winnie TX yesterday! American Coot, Great-tailed Grackle, Willet, Eastern Kingbird, Common Nighthawk, Kingrail & chicks, Orchard Oriole, and Forster's Tern. I hope you enjoy them!

Thank you...I was so thrilled to see the Nighthawk. I have been waiting to see one for over a year. My friends kept seeing them when I wasn't with them...I finally got to see one!

Fantastic series, Laura. Wonderful variety and great shots. I have only seen a nighthawk once; thought it was part of the limb of the tree for several minutes
