Was a little late getting started this morning so just did a quick drive around Antelope Is. After a dreary, raining day yesterday it was too nice to stay indoors. More birds are staring to show up but still not the numbers we should have in the next few weeks. Here are a few from this mornings drive.
1. Chukar Partridge-loves rocky, mountainous terrain

2. Black tailed Jack Rabbit enjoying a morning snack

3. Western favorite, the Pronghorn Antelope

4. Meadow Lark pining for love

5. Male Horned Lark with his horns down

A very nice series! I liked seeing each with a bit of habitat - it give them a very natural look. Well done.
Very enjoyable series of wildlife photos.
