The bluebird that got me so excited yesterday came back today. And this time I got a better shot of him. Shooting through windows is a hit or miss affair and for some reason today's result is much clearer and sharper.

An absolutely excellent shot, Dennis. And taken thru a window. What did you use for a camera & lens and what were the shooting conditions, if you don't mind my asking?

In these situations, I just grab my point & shoot, a Canon SX720. I bought it mostly because it fits into a t-shirt pocket and I can have it handy when I kayak. It has a 40X zoom and just keep impressing me with what a nice job it does - if I pay attention to what I'm doing. This was a clear sunny day. I set ISO at 200 and exposure to f8. My DSLR is usually in a camera bag and not so easily accessed. And thanks for you nice comment.
