Hi there my name is Sam and i'm new to all of this so any help would be great when i get around to posting some pics for you all to look at and give me a few pointers!I have a nikon D3100 with a 18-55mm lense and also a 35mm prime that goes down to f1.8.
I also have a starter studio flash kit with 2 heads umberella and soft box.I plan to do portraits of our children has any one got any tips?

What an interesting and different angle...I love it! Your baby look s so clean and sweet and peaceful. I love the b/w with this, too. The only thing I would have done differently would have been to set your focus on the baby's eyelashes rather than the nose. But it's a picture to treasure.
I love that its a close up and I also love the angle. Nice.
